젠틀도그컴퍼니(게임즈)(이하 '회사')는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

본 방침은 게임 '기지 디펜스 : 드론전쟁, RETRO TOWER DEFENSE'(이하 '게임')에 적용됩니다.

제2조 (개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적) 수집된 정보는 다음의 목적을 위해서만 이용됩니다.

• 게임 진행 데이터의 저장 및 기기 간 연동(클라우드 저장)
• 회원 식별 및 계정 관리
• 유료 결제 서비스 제공 및 고객 지원(CS)
• 광고 송출 및 광고 보상 기능 제공
• 서비스 이용 분석, 통계, 품질 개선
• 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 안정성 확보

제3조 (개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간) 이용자의 개인정보는 원칙적으로 계정 삭제(회원 탈퇴) 시 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 단, 관련 법령(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등)에 따라 대금 결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록은 최대 5년간 보관될 수 있습니다.

제4조 (개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 제3자 제공) 회사는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 아래의 신뢰할 수 있는 사업자에게 개인정보 처리를 위탁하거나, 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 제공할 수 있으며, 모든 정보는 암호화되어 전송됩니다.

• 구글 파이어베이스(Google Firebase): 회원 인증 및 게임 진행 데이터의 클라우드 저장
• 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob): 광고 송출 및 광고 식별자 처리
• 구글 플레이(Google Play): 결제 처리

제5조 (개인정보의 저장 위치 및 보안) 이용자의 게임 데이터는 회사가 운영하는 클라우드 서버(Google Firebase)에 저장됩니다. 회사가 수집·전송하는 모든 데이터는 전송 구간에서 SSL/TLS 방식으로 암호화되어 안전하게 보호됩니다.

제6조 (이용자의 권리 및 행사 방법) 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있으며, 다음의 방법으로 행사할 수 있습니다.

• 게임 내 데이터 초기화: 게임 내 [설정] → [전체 초기화] 메뉴에서 기기에 저장된 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 계정(클라우드) 데이터 삭제: 클라우드에 저장된 계정 데이터의 완전한 삭제를 원하시는 경우, 고객센터 이메일(gentledoggames@gmail.com)로 가입하신 계정 정보와 함께 삭제를 요청해 주시면 회사가 지체 없이 처리합니다.
• 광고 맞춤설정 해제: 기기의 [설정] → [Google] → [광고] 메뉴에서 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (아동의 개인정보 보호) 본 게임은 원칙적으로 만 14세 미만(일부 국가의 경우 13세 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 법정대리인의 동의 없이 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 인지할 경우, 회사는 해당 정보를 즉시 파기합니다.

🔒 Privacy Policy (English Version)

Gentle Dog Company (Games) (the "Company") complies with applicable data protection laws and establishes this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information. This policy applies to the game "BASE DEFENSE : DRONE WAR, RETRO TOWER DEFENSE" (the "Game").

Article 1 (Personal Information Collected) The Company collects the following minimum information necessary to provide the Game service:

• Social Login (Google): Email address, unique user identifier (Account ID), profile name.
• Guest (Non-login) Use: Anonymous user identifier.
• Game Usage: Device information (OS, model name), access logs, game progress data, nickname.
• Advertising & Analytics: Advertising ID, IP address, in-app activity, diagnostic information.
• Payment: Payment records (payment processing is handled through Google Play; the Company does not directly collect or store payment method details such as credit card numbers).

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use) The collected information is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Saving and synchronizing game progress data across devices (Cloud Save).
• User identification and account management.
• Providing paid services and customer support (CS).
• Ad delivery and rewarded advertisement features.
• Service usage analysis, statistics, and quality improvement.
• Prevention of fraudulent use and ensuring service stability.

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period) A user's personal information is, in principle, destroyed without delay upon account deletion (membership withdrawal). However, records regarding payments and the supply of goods may be retained for up to 5 years in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Entrustment and Third-Party Provision) To provide a stable service, the Company may entrust the processing of personal information to, or provide the minimum necessary information to, the following trusted parties. All information is transmitted in encrypted form.

• Google Firebase: User authentication and cloud storage of game progress data.
• Google AdMob: Ad delivery and advertising identifier processing.
• Google Play: Payment processing.

Article 5 (Data Storage Location and Security) Users' game data is stored on cloud servers operated by the Company (Google Firebase). All data collected and transmitted by the Company is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols.

Article 6 (User Rights and How to Exercise Them) Users may access, modify, or delete their personal information at any time through the following methods:

• In-Game Data Reset: Delete data stored on the device via the in-game [Settings] → [Reset All Data] menu.
• Account (Cloud) Data Deletion: To completely delete account data stored in the cloud, please contact Customer Support at gentledoggames@gmail.com with your account information, and the Company will process the request without delay.
• Ad Personalization Opt-out: Reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads via your device's [Settings] → [Google] → [Ads] menu.

Article 7 (Children's Privacy) The Game is not directed to children under the age of 14 (or 13 in certain jurisdictions), and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without verified parental consent, we will delete such information immediately.
